LOST Star Named in Harassment Suit

henry-ian-cusick A woman who worked on the production crew of LOST has filed suit against Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the series, and ABC claiming she was harassed by Cusick and subsequently fired from her job.

According to the Associated Press, the lawsuit alleges that Henry Ian Cusick fondled the plaintiff’s buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips while working on Lost in October 2007. She claims she reported the incident to her supervisor, only to be told to avoid contact with Cusick.  Then, according to the lawsuit, she was fired twelve days later.

ABC has not responded yet to the AP’s requests for comment, nor has Cusick’s manager.
